Setting in the sky

I enjoy feeling philosophical...

Which is why I have discussions with Brandon about "follow the leader". You know, it's such a fun game, when you're a child, but when you try to play it now, it can have a different effect on you. It took us about 7 1/2 minutes to figure out that the game didn't work for us because we both wanted to be the leader. So, we played "lack of leader", which is so much better than "follow the leader". Basically, you are your own leader, and you don't follow what anyone else does. We tried to get other people to play with us, but then we saw a massive hole in the game: there will always be a leader that you have to follow. Whether it be an authority figure, or your car, or a tree, you'll never be able to 100% control what you think, say or do, because something is always "leading" you to do it. Does that make sense? If it doesn't, ask me, and I'll explain it better. The terrible thing about everything is that life is just one huge game of "follow the leader". Or multiple mini games of it, depending on the way you look at it.

How shitty is that? Meh. It's such an upsetting notion. Like, what the fuck are we supposed to do about it? NOTHING! There's not a single thing we can do to fix it. BLAH!

oh well. Basically, Jessie is the only one that will read this, but whatevs. Cus I love her a lot lot lot. gah gah gah.

good day, mate.
